Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once payment has been confirmed. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately. If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll try to update the shipping address.

Can I combine multiple orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed.

Will sold out items be restocked?

What fabrics does Zoia use?

We carefully select fabrics based on their feel, drape, and comfort. Some collections also feature deadstock fabrics, making certain pieces available only in limited quantities.

Will the colour look exactly the same as the photos?

We do our best to represent each colour as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

How should I care for my garments?

Please refer to the care instruction on the description. Proper care will help preserve the fabric and extend the life of your piece.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Yes, we ship worldwide.
